- Please arrive at the spa location 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to prepare yourself for the treatment
- Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking.(minimum confirmation time is 2 hours)
- For safety purposes, it is not recommended for women more than 2 months pregnant, children aged 0-4, and anyone that has high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or other medical conditions to participate in this activity
- Please consult with your doctors before signing up for any of the spa services.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- People aged 7 and above are allowed in the Spa and will have to buy an adult ticket.
